How Can You Submit a Refund Request:
Submitting a refund request is easy! Please email us at support@irocketvpn.com and let us know the following essential information:
- Product Name;
- Your Order ID/Reference Number/Transaction ID;
- The Email Address That You Used to Make the Purchase;
- The Reason Why You Would Like a Refund.
Usually, we will deal with these requests within 24 hours on business days. All refunds are subject to the terms set forth below.

Please note that most of the software that iRocket offers has a trial version. These trial versions are available with the intent and hope that you will test the software before deciding to buy. We tend to be reasonably open with our demos, as well, to give you an idea of what the software can do for you.
Our refund policy has this in mind. We assume that you will download a demo to evaluate the software. Our software also has a 30-day moneyback guarantee. Any requests for refunds after 30 days of purchase will not be processed. Therefore, we have a limited set of circumstances for which we will allow returns.
Accepted Circumstances:
We offer refunds for these circumstances within 30 days of purchase. We will deny any requests after the 30-day mark, even if they meet one or more of the criteria below.
Once we process your refund, you will see it in the original account from which you made the purchase. For example, if you bought the software with a MasterCard, you'll receive a refund to your MasterCard.
- If the software you buy has an irreparable problem and we cannot provide you with a solution within 30 days. If we cannot solve the issue within 30 days, you may receive a refund for your product.
- If you accidentally buy two software packages that are very much alike, or if you buy the same product twice, you will receive a refund for one of them.
- You will receive a refund if you do not get the order activation for iRocket within 24 hours, and customer support does not respond within 48 hours. If this happens, we may cancel your order altogether and issue you a refund.
- If you didn't know the order was auto-renewable and you never received the auto-renew upcoming notification in your email, you have a case for a refund. Contact us within seven days of the credit card charge, and we'll process your return.
- You paid for the same product twice or more due to technical problems with the website. If that's the case, then iRocket will not keep the charge for duplicate products.
When we issue a refund, we will also deactivate the membership rights associated with that order.
No Refund Under These Circumstances:
- Differences in price between different sellers or regions.
- Purchase of the same product twice, but one of those times was from a different seller.
- We cannot refund the intentional acquisition of multiple similar products.
- Purchase of a product and not wanting it due to your mistake. Not checking if there's enough disk space to download and install it, downloading an incorrect version, and other similar reasons will result in a rejected refund request. This clause includes the case where you decide you no longer want it!
- Refunds due to credit card fraud or unauthorized payment. Please check with your credit card processor for the best way to handle these. We are here to support your claim as needed.
- If you have a misunderstanding or don't understand what the products do - i.e., what its features and capabilities are - because you failed to read the product description, a refund will be disallowed.
- For products that have data recovery components to them, requesting a refund because it cannot retrieve all the data is not an acceptable reason. Please download the demo first so you can be sure that the software will work as you anticipate!
- If you did not receive a membership activation, you are not entitled to a refund merely for that reason. Our systems send out an activation reasonably quickly, but you may not receive it due to circumstances out of our control. Please contact support so we can get you the activation you need to enjoy your new purchase!
- If you refuse to cooperate with our support team, you will not receive a refund.
- Refund requests that are frivolous and have no reason behind them.
